This hotel is a hidden gem in the heart of the old town. The location couldn't be better for exploring all the major sights by foot. The staff is extremely friendly and helpful. They go above and beyond to ensure your stay is comfortable and enjoyable. The rooms have a wonderful charm with their old-style furnishings and comfortable, wide beds. The modern bathrooms are excellent, providing all the necessary amenities. The breakfast at this hotel is a real treat. From fresh croissants to on the spot served cappuccino, it was truly delicious and a perfect start to the day.

The Hotel is quite expensive compared to the offered service level . Below is a quick list of pros and cons. Judge by yourself. •Central location in Old Town •Spacious room (superior room) well styled •Good position in a fairly quiet side street in the pedestrian area •Breakfast is not plentiful but you find everything you need •Close to many services (metro, bike rent, restaurants)
•bathroom very small, the shower has a hole in the floor and there is a curtain to avoid bathroom flood… •the didn’t changed sheets were never changed in five days •towels were never been changed in five days stay •one day they “forgot” to clean up the room and didn’t tidy up the bed •soap finished on the 3rd day and was never put back •missing bidet •TV is only 14 "and transmits only Swedish channels •room couldn’t be obscured because transparent curtains and a streetlight very close to the windows •no wardrobe: there are shelves covered by a curtain

Location in the Old City was fantastic. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful.
There was no separate shower stall, and the shower curtain was not an effective barrier. Hence, when you took a shower, the entire bathroom floor got wet. The climate control could have been better; we felt chilled a lot of the time.

The breakfast was tasty with smoothies, meats and which was a real disappointment, no complains at all. The beds were very comfy, the room was modern and authentic. Had wonderful and incredible location in the heart of the old town, walk from a museum and a palace. After long day I visited Papels Bengaliska for a couple of drinks.

Located in the middle of old town among the small narrow streets. From the hotel we were able to walk to all the sites we visited. The hotel serves a simple breakfast which is ok. The building is from 1607 and is a comfortable step back in time.
